Rivals Road Trip - DIberville and Ocean Springs

D'IBERVILLE, Miss. - What was expected to be a competitive high-scoring affair turned ugly quick and didn't get much better. The No. 13 D'Iberville Warriors were ready to play and when division rival St. Stanislaus rolled into town for this marquee match up. The Warriors physically out matched the Rock-a-Chaws in a 68-34 shelling.
The Warriors wasted little time sprinting to a three score lead in the first quarter and never really looked back. Behind three touchdowns from Jacoby Bell the Warriors led 55-7 after the third quarter before St. Stanislaus quarterback Dylan Favre lead the Rock-a-Chaws to a 27 point fourth quarter to make the score somewhat respectable.

Kevin Norwood had 104 yards on only three catches. Mark Seymour rushed for 155 yards and one score.
The win moved D'Iberville to 8-0 (5-0, Region 8-4A) while St. Stanislaus falls to 6-2 (2-2, Region 8-4A).
D'Iberville had the game well in had by the half, so Rivals.com road crew took the short drive across Biloxi Bay and caught the second half of Harrison Central vs. Ocean Springs.
OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss - The No. 12 ranked Greyhounds set the tone early when signal-caller Sam Noblin put them on the score board with a 73-yard quarterback keeper. Noblin would also find Tre Brown for a 12-yard touchdown pass in the second half.
Travis Dickson did a little bit of everything for the 'Hounds rushing for a 2nd half score and making plays from his defensive end position.
The Greyhounds would run away with a 36-0 win that moves them to 6-1 (3-1 in Region 4-5A). The loss dropped Harrison Central to 3-4 (2-2 Region 4-5A).
